NBN Missed Appointment. - HOW DO I CONTACT TELSTRA??

How on earth am I meant to contact Telstra and reschedule my MISSED NBN appointment because the technician never showed up?!

 

The local Telstra store said "sorry we can't help. Call 132200".

We call 132200. "Sorry, we can't help with your enquiry because of COVID-19 blah blah. Here is a text to get support on our Telstra app"

Download Telstra app. Support is a useless bot called Codi that directs us to our NBN tracking order page.

On this page, it says 'Sorry, can't reschedule your appointment online. Call 1800 931 877.

We call 1800 931 877. "Sorry, we can't help with your enquiry because of COVID-19. Here is a text to get support on our Telstra app".

 

It is starting to sound like a broken record!!! How are we meant to do ANYTHING if Telstra redirect us round a circle and no help is given?! How frustrating. All we want is NBN. So far our experience with Telstra has been HORRIBLE.
