NBN moving order, bad customer support service

I had a moving home order should be completed by 24th July, but I just realised on 8th of August im using 4G backup with no notice (charging nbn service fee but providing 4G service), I using the app to talk about the issue, the support team replied to me every half an hour and repeat telling me the issus is becasue the issue not complete. 

 

Due to cov19 no phone calls and no nbn, the 4G service is not enough for my living and working.
