NBN not working

Have had the NBN for 12 months & it keeps dropping out all the time. It has currently been out for the last 2 hrs. Have re-set the modem (turned the power on & off) several times but cannot connect to the wireless network. Am fed up with this happening - would rather have ADSL2 any day.

Not good to herar Nabor, have you checked the service status page to see if there are any reported outages in your area?

If there is nothing showing up there, I'd call the Telstra NBN tech support team at tel:1800834273

Thanks - have just re-set it with success this time. However, it probably drops out at least 3 or 4 times a week & constantly turning power on & off to re-boot. Will give them a call & check it out

Actually the service status page does not load so can't check to see what's happening.
