NBN not working

my NBN has been down for a week.

I cannot get a person to speak to - have tried 20+ times.

Testing service shows NBN down. There is no general outage

Trouble shooting no help

Virtural assistant not helping. Keeps looping me back to where I started

SMS messaging service never gets back to me

Wondering if the only way out of this vortex is to cancel service, and then book in a new connection as at least this will get a technition out to me and my business can get back up?
