NBN NTD N594 LAN1

Hi,

 

have wifi but no inter connection. LAN1 light flashing red.

That means that your NBN connection is down.

 

Hop on your mobile and got to https://fix.telstra.com and it will run you through the troubleshooting and run some automated checks from the Telstra side. If it can't get you back up and running, it will put you in contact with a consultant who can provide further assistance (ie book a technician).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
