NBN order taking almost a month to be provisioned - on the verge to cancel altogether. - no support

My NBN order is created almost a month ago i have only received one modem still waiting....


support spoke to me 2 weeks ago and told me there is a problem with the order and my modem will be shipped soon. still nothing, she was not able to give me any tracking... 


This is not a good service / response by a tear 1 company. i am worried!!!


I am going to give another week before i call this off (covid concession), i  will break up with telstra..
