what happen to telstra why you could not talk to someone on the phone they just send you text message which there is no exact answer with my query you make harder for me

I try to to move back to telstra thinking that you have a good service but it is oct 27 now , what kind of service you had,  no one answer my call just recorded answers, the same bull**bleep** with other networks

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to account information or billing systems.

 

Given that the order is on hold, it could mean a number of things.

 

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It may take a few hours for an initial response.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
