NBN plan update
Telstra just sent me an email saying that they are upgrading me to the next higher plan. they are going to supply me with unlimited downloads at a speed of 50 Mbps which they say in the plan details is NOT available for most FTTN connections! and they are going to charge me more for the privilege!!
they currently credit me $10.00 a month for their slow NBN connection speed on FTTN, on their SLOWEST plan...
What the F&%$ is going on??
Was this helpful?

Re: NBN plan update
Is that a legit email? Does it address you by name (as Telstra would)?
Have you checked if any links in the email are legit (hover over them)?

Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
