Re: nbn refund
For the NBN problem, what are the speeds that you are experiencing (ie speedtest.net)?
If you can log in to your modem (usually http://10.0.0.138) and go into the broadband tab, what are the Maximum Sync/Line Rate and Actual Sync/Line Rate figures? That will help give us an indication of where the problem lies.
As far as the Telstra TV goes, what is the problem that you are experiencing?
