NBN service assigned to wrong bigpond email

I recently switch to NBN from my bigpond internet service.


Prior to the switch my Telstra ID and primary email address was:


However now my NBN is activated my account is now says:


Telstra ID/login:         (unchanged)

NBN services assigned to:

Primary Email:

Primary Email:


I can still access my email by logging in directly into webmail.


How can I get this new email address removed from my account and my NBN services and primary email changed back to how it was e.g. AND so it matches my Telstra ID and login. I don’t want this new email address.


I don’t know why my NBN services were assigned to a new email address completely different to my Telstra ID/login and I was given a new primary email address.
