NBN service assigned to wrong bigpond email

I recently switch to NBN from my bigpond internet service.

 

Prior to the switch my Telstra ID and primary email address was:   myname@bigpond.net.au

 

However now my NBN is activated my account is now says:

 

Telstra ID/login:   myname@bigpond.net.au         (unchanged)

NBN services assigned to:   newname@bigpond.com

Primary Email:   newname@bigpond.com

Primary Email:   myname@bigpond.net.au

 

I can still access my email myname@bigpond.net.au by logging in directly into webmail.

 

How can I get this new email address removed from my account and my NBN services and primary email changed back to how it was e.g. myname@bigpond.net.au AND so it matches my Telstra ID and login. I don’t want this new email address.

 

I don’t know why my NBN services were assigned to a new email address completely different to my Telstra ID/login and I was given a new primary email address.
