NBN service assigned to wrong bigpond email
I recently switch to NBN from my bigpond internet service.
Prior to the switch my Telstra ID and primary email address was: firstname.lastname@example.org
However now my NBN is activated my account is now says:
Telstra ID/login: email@example.com (unchanged)
NBN services assigned to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Primary Email: email@example.com
Primary Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
I can still access my email email@example.com by logging in directly into webmail.
How can I get this new email address removed from my account and my NBN services and primary email changed back to how it was e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org AND so it matches my Telstra ID and login. I don’t want this new email address.
I don’t know why my NBN services were assigned to a new email address completely different to my Telstra ID/login and I was given a new primary email address.
