NBN service down for 3 days and can not contact Telstra

My Telstra modem in on 4G backup for three days and when I call Telstra number it sends me an sms for self serve abd call hangs up. Very very frustrated particularly I need internet more because I am working from home.

 

really bad situation and no help.

Due to the temporary COVID-19 support issues, it is best at this time to chase it up via the My Telstra app, use the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen and leave a message. That will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.

I’m in the same situation, was told via sms that there’s been an outage but found no outage in my area from Telstra website.

That does not help resolve the issue. Because of COVID we need a reliable service and internet to be able to work home. Seems Telstra is taking this as an excuse to not serve customers. Other Telco still have chat and other medium to still be available when there is an issue. 

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
