Re: NBN setup
Have you placed an order for a new service or upgrade or change to NBN?
What type of service is it?
What Telstra Smart Modem do you have, was it supplied as art of the order (as a 'Self Installation')?
What NBN device do you have and was it also supplied as part of the order?
You may or may not need a 'phone jack' depending on what you have ordered. Telstra home phones are now delivered over the Telstra/NBN service.
If a technician is required to install cable or a connection point, Telstra will usually organise that with NBN and in a perfect world, you would be sent a booking advice/reference.
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
