NBN speed upgrade for fixed wireless online?

Hey, so i currently have speeds of 25/5 mbps and would like to upgrade the speed to 50/20 mbps is it possible to do so online? if so how do i do it? thanks.

All requests for speed boosts need to be done over the phone. There is no online method.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
