NBN Speed

Hi Telstra Team Since the rain over the weekend, Friday 07/08/2020 in Canley Heights 2166. The NBN speed is EXTREMELY slow. Could you please explain the reason for this and if it is being fixed?

What are colour are the lights on your modem?

If the front light is blue, it means that your NBN connection isn't working and you are on the LTE backup.


You would need to contact Telstra either by calling 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
