NBN technician required?

Answered

I received NBN modem through post & have connected myself & have been using internet with no issues ever since. An appointment has been scheduled for a technician to do installation but does a technician still need to attend? I live in an apartment complex.

Re: NBN technician required?

The modem might be in 4G backup mode which would be indicated by modem's front light being blue. If front light is blue a technician still has to attend.

Thanks, I wondered if that was the case,  light is green so that means I'm connected to NBN & not 4g??
