NBN unstable.

Recent NBN installation. Located in 4G area only. Mobile signal is always yellow on the smart box. Work videos are often unstable unless close to the Telstra box and l have a wifi booster. Only one of us can video at once which creates problems with home schooling at present. Speed tests are all in acceptable range. What can l do?
