Last Friday 11th of May, Telstra informed us that our NBN broadband will be interrupted for an upgrade. Since then,download speed had dropped from 23MB to a ridiculous 1MB and our upload has dropped from 5MB to just over 1MB... I've restarted modems and gone through troubleshooting... Who is able to answer why this is? Regards.

Have you checked with NBN Assurance 1800 834 273?
The upgrade would of been performed by NBN™ so Telstra may not actually know what had been done and will have to raise a ticket to them if it cant be resolved over the phone
