NBN with Telstra Suddenly cut out

Hello All, 


I've been experiencing difficulties with my NBN and home internet which has just suddenly cut off and isolated itself into mobile mode. I've tried to called up the hotline too which I am greeted by a robot which tells me my inquiry cannot be solved and then I am directed to a smart diagnostics tool which all up just tells me to call the exact same number to begin with. Any suggestion in sucessfully reaching through to contact anyone so I can get a technician out to have a look at the issue? My NBN modem has a blinking red light.

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should get transferred to the queue to chat with a human.


If you don't have a smartphone that can use the My Telstra app, send a message to the Telstra Facebook or Twitter accounts as they are being monitored.


The Red Blinking light on your NBN modem indicates that there is a fault on your NBN connection.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
