I had an appointment for a technician to come and set me up up for nbn on the 17/4/2020. No one came, I am still using the mobile broad band from my modem. I need to know why they didn’t come and I’m not connected and when they will come and do it. I tried calling the call centre but they won’t take calls regarding this. Can anyone advise me what to do to get this rescheduled ?
