Telstra nbn drop out every 10 minutes For the last 2 months case manager never rings back and now lost speed boost again, disappointed! billing wrong to again.

You'll have to try and get back in contact with the case manager. It sounds like there is a fault with your service that needs to be rectified. The system probably automatically removed the speed boost if it detected that you weren't able to use the service properly.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

thank you for responding the matter is under investigation, have been giving wrong  name to to delta numbers as such Bavai D964055 misleading information and a lot more called her self a case manger had speed boost on that wasn't doing it for the area we live in  this  person manager said they would replace faulty modem and T box which is 6 to 7 years old never came  and now have a fault in the line to which it will be looked at this weekend I hope by the NBN.

I don't know why they would offer to replace your TBox. They have been obsolete for years and were replaced by the Telstra TV about 4 years ago.

 

You would need to buy a Telstra TV.
