Need to confirm NBN disconnection that should of been done February last year Need a ticket raised ASAP for NBN team to attend address to check as showing active line but there is nothing , how do I get this sorted as have had no internet since November as no one is helping me

What suburb/town are you in?


What type of NBN Connection are you supposed to have? If it is one that has an NBN NTD with multiple UNI-D ports, have you tried all the UNI-D ports?
