Too many devices, probably an addict 🙂 also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!

Re: NBN

Have you tried to by some means, and did it show you a message?.

Just in case, you can find information on how to do a top up at https://www.telstra.com.au/support/category/broadband/nbn/speeds-and-usage/understand-telstra-air-da...

Re: NBN

There is a problem right now with fake data spikes and being unable to top-up. Happened to me today. Lots of similar reports of unexplained data spikes followed by customers (allegedly) exceeding monthly limits and being unable to top-up. See https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/data-usage/mytelstra-data-usage-fault/m-p/928388 or simply search "usage" on this forum and sort by date.

Telstra is at fault here - let's see how long it takes to fix it. At least a week, apparently...

Meanwhile, navigate to their Customer Support chat window if you can make it through the maze, and they'll do the top-up for you. However, ultimately it should not count as one of the three free top-ups if the data spike was illegitimate (as mine was).
