NBN not working in Bentleigh area?modem has green light and nbn lights are all normal with exception tomobile signal. have reset modem 4 times and still no connection?  What a waste of time and money!

You can check for Telstra outages using the webpage

If the NBN lights are on, does the modem allow you to access internet data?.

You are concerned about the mobile signal.  What colour is the LED for it on the modem?. If it is Red then that could mean that the mobile signal is weak, but still usable.


Also, which model modem do you have?.  It could be written on the case.

Unplug the cable from the RED WAN port or GREY DSL port and wait a few minutes for the modem to switch into 4G backup mode (blue light on the front)..  that should give you a level of service adequate for basic needs..


Then report the NBN fault, while you run on 4G until it is fixed..
