Why does it cost me more to get a slower speed than I was accustomed to on cable? To somehow approach the speed, I pay for the 50, but, of course, never have seen it. I never exceed my limit, so there is no reason my speed should be slowed. My neighbour, who is on a similar plan, gets, theoretically, up to 100, without paying any more, but, at least, his speed never appears to go back to 15 in the evenings. Is it Telstra, or is it Mr Trumble's scheme?
