NBN

Hi

i received an email from Telstra in January to pre-order NBN, which I did.

In May I receive another email to advise that as my Plan was “NBN ready” that there was nothing I needed to do and Telstra would connect me automatically once NBN was live at my address.

i was advised by NBN in late May that the system was live at my address.

 

Yesterday I received an email from Telstra advising NBN was live at my address with a link to “Connect Now”. This link takes me to a Checkout page and requests Employer and payment info, permission to credit check etc.

 

Why have I receive this email when I already received advice in May that I would be automatically connected ?
