New NBN connection in Dural

Hello all, I live in Dural area and had pre-ordered NBN plan end of January 2020, based on the letter I received from Telstra to pre-order.

I have no further comms from Tesltra to advise when will my house will be connected to NBN?

Cannot call and ask as they have prioritized due COVID19 urgent calls.

Any suggestions, as to where I can get update, I have order number.

I have tried to login via My Telstra app and entered my order number in virtual assistant chat, but could not get any further update.

 

Any help appreciated.
