New NBN connection

Been waiting since June for our new NBN connection. Received call from Telstra to say we had an appointment booked for June 30 between 8-12. No one turned up. Unable to call Telstra and have no luck getting any info on the app via Sms chat re what’s happening. Just keep getting comments such as “we are investing this for you” etc etc. what can I do?
