I had my HCF NBN installed last Thursday. It wasn't working when the technician left. He said another technician would come out. Now I have no idea when he will be back, and there is no chance of getting through on the phones at the moment.
When I plug everything in, and turn it on, I get solid green lights on power and downstream, but the upstream flashes and connected light does not come on.
I get the blue light on the modem.
Any ideas if I can do anything to make it work, or do I have to hope a technician will come back?
