New Smart Modem GEN 2 + Modem Adapter Dropping 10-20 Times a Day?
Signed up in September. Telstra provided Cable Modem (nextgen) + Modem Adapter.
The connection drops constantly at least 15+ times a day. I have had some "online" tech help, where they made some config changes and forced me to reboot, but that hasn't helped. What to do next ????
I probably should have stayed with my prior provider, i probably got 5 dropouts in 5 years.
Seriously, need some help here!

There could be a cable fault causing the dropouts. If you post the line stats (voltage and noise levels) these will indicate if there is a cable fault. The line stats are located here.

You might need to disconnect smart modem and plug PC directly into the adapter with Ethernet
