Newly signed NBN 100, speed is half (46/16)

Hi Telstra NBN team,

 

I have registered NBN100 unlimited (A$90 per month). The order was completed yesterday (08/07). However, when I tested the speed. The download/upload rate is 46/13. I have been testing multiple times during different time of the day since yesterday, the speed does not change. I am thinking that there must be something wrong with the speed, it cannot be this slow. 

 

I cannot call Telstra, no one was there to pick up. 

 

The modem is standard Telstra (provided). I used this one before in another house and it was okay.

What was the exact working of the plan and what NBN technology type is connected at the address? The $90 NBN plan is 50/20

It was my fault. I was under impression that I am signing nbn100. Telstra team was great (especially the team at Pacific Werribee) and they helped me within minutes to switch.
