no connection for internet no dial tone for velocity internet

I have signed up velocity internet with home phone on 22th of march but still no connection, i have called many times to telstra to solve the problem, but no one can solve the problem.

Hi Memory,

 

Connecting a new Velocity service takes a minimum of 10 business days, with Easter holidays and weekends it hasn't been that long at time of posting. If this is a new house that requires an ONT and PSU installation then it could take longer due to having to need a tech to come out and install the required equipment. Have Telstra not given you a connection date? Try calling again 1800 008 994 option 1, 1.
