No customer service...talk to me
My 2 year contract is expiring at the end of November 2020. I have tried ringing but just get sent a text message with a phone number to ring and just goes around and around in circles.
I send a message on the app only to wait for over 5 hours for an answer which they finally answer at 11pm at night with some crap I’m not even asking about.
It’s getting so frustrating to talk to someone to renew a contract.
I need internet as I’m working from home so I’m getting that cranky that I am leaning to leaving Telstra after 20 years and go to another Telco.

Your internet won't stop when the 2 years is up, it simply becomes a month to month service (like the new plans are). After the 2 years is up, you can change to one of the new plans online if you want to.
