No delivery????

I just placed an order for home broadband on 6th this month, and my modem still has not been shipped?

 

I am moving home so I signed the internet plan a month before the moving, and still cannot see any update, I contacted the support, they say the hardware is still in the warehouse and unable to dispatch due to the virus and no estimation. While my Amazon parcel sits in front of my door yesterday after 2 days I placed the order.

 

Does anyone know is there anything I can do??
