No dial tone in home phone

I've moved into a new place and my previous Broadband ADSL plan has been transferred over. However, after setting everything up, the phone's got no dial tone and I'm wondering how I'd go about fixing it? Considering I've been paying for it since I moved in in December.

When I was about to move in, I did ring up and gave them the date I'd be in by and they were going to call back then, which they never did (it was only a week away).

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: No dial tone in home phone

Good evening Emma,

Just a little more information;

Have you been using the Phone and ADSL OK since december until now and it's suddenly gone dead?

No, I haven't been using it as I've been staying somewhere else. I didn't find out there was no dial tone until recently when I tried to set up my internet Smiley Happy

I'm just wondering how I'd go about setting it up.
