No DIal Tone, line busy, but ADSL is OK



Hope someone can help me.


When I try and dial a number a 'Line Busy' message comes on screen.


When I call the phone it goes straight to voicemail.


Internet is working fine.


This is one of those phones that just plugs into a normal wall electrical socket.


This is the only landline I have. 


Cant get a hold of anyone from telstra tech support.


Does anyone know how to fix this?
