No internet connection

There was a restriction put on our home NBN - I forgot to pay the bill! Oops!

Telstra told me the restrictions would be lifted within 24 hours but it’s been one week now and we still don’t have internet at home.
I have phoned them everyday, 2 or 3 times a day and they keep telling me they will lift the restrictions and nothing gets done.
I am really lost on what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: No internet connection

If you are actually talking to  someone on a phone, then you are doing better than most customers of late..

Your only other options are..

Use My Telstra app (slow and frustrating), go to help, then click on the Blue Chat bubble and make an enquiry there.. or

Go to the Telstra Facebook page and post a message there, or

Keep on calling..

if you aren't happy with responses, ask to be escalated to a manager..

Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
