No internet or phone connection for past 3 hours

3037. No official Telstra outage. On hold for 90 minutes.

It’s just ticked over Xmas and no internet or phone. Very disappointed.

Has anyone been able to get through to Telstra to get an ETA on when this will be fixed?

Me too, we haven't had any luck in getting through to customer service. I gave up in disgust last call was waiting for 1hr 25 Min... No internet for a few hours too, tried power cycling 7 times and resetting the modem twice, still no luck. Have not had a good run with Telstra in the past few weeks. Merry Christmas all....

No connection at 3013 either. Was on when we left home 4pm Christmas Eve, nothing when we arrived home at 10.30pm, and out ever since. Everything green, DSL red. Done the reboots yada yada ... yeah, I know there’s nothing wrong with my hardware. What’s most annoying is the Telstra outage advice service reporting no problem. Telstra could *at least* provide the right information.

Same, cant get through been off for hours, nothing from telstra.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
