No Internet

We've had no internet for 24 hours plus, no known outages in area. have tried all available tests, resets and restarts. Online light on top of modem is Blue, have spent hours on hold. any suggestions?

A blue online light indicate a authentication error. If you have an ADSL connection log into the modem and go to the Broadband settings, Check that the correct username (Primary bigpond email address) and password is entered in the PPPOE settings.
