No internet

I have been trying to get my internet fixed for the last 36hrs. I ring and don’t get to speak to someone. I am passed onto texting and have been getting the same useless text messages now for 24hrs. Telstra you service is terrible and your system to have something fixed is so frustrating. How do I speak to someone to get this fixed?

Keep getting the excuse telstra is understaffed because of COVID. My work place hasn’t changed, we have had to segregate but are still getting the job done. Telstra you need to improve your service.
