No NBN box

Hi,

 

I have moved to my new place and requested for connection move, which was not completed yet. But my order status on my telstra app it is saying that order has been completed, which quite strange.

 

Also there is no NBN box inside my new place(unit).

I have tried call telstra since last few days but no one answer the phone.

 

Need advice on this please.
