No NBN Connection



Have recently joined Telstra and have connectivity issues since joining. Have performed the NBN Health Check via the Telstra App and if come back with - Your still online with modem backup, but there is a problem with your NBN Connection. I have performed the troubleshooting steps, which were only to see if the smart modem has power

The Smart Modem has power and the NBN Modem has green lights. I have reset both and reperformed the NBN Health Check with the same results

Is the Telstra modem's red WAN port connected to NBN NTD's ethernet port?

What colour are the lights on the back of the Telstra modem?
