No NBN internet connection

So, all lights are on on the NBN unit (four green on the front).   I have switched this of multiple times; disconnncted and reconnected.  

Have a telsta modem with ethernet and Wifi.   Ethernet to Foxtel unit seems to work (very interesting that it lets me now get Netflix on Foxtel unit, didn't before) however the wifi does not work for my computer or any of my Google home speakers or mobile devices.

Contacted Telstra, get a sms service that is rediculously slow and not getting anywhere fast.

The internet has been dropping in and out recently quite a bit and is now GONE!  seriously think I will just use mobile data and give up on fixed internet

When you say it doesn't work what do you mean?

- you can't find the wifi when you try to connect. 

- You have connected but it keeps redirecting you to the modem homepage (http://192.168.0.1)

- Neither of the above it just doesn't load anything.
