No Nbn service

How do I get help with my nbn service connection. This has been going on for 5 months with no definitive solution from Telstra. Telstra has replaced the Router/ modem but that did nothing. Have always Been able to connect via Wifi but not Ethernet.

Can anyone offer some advice?

Are you referring to every single Ethernet port?.

Have you checked that the device that you are connecting (computer?) is functioning correctly?.


Telstra do have a Troublshooting webpage that you could use.

Have you tried another laptop/computer and cable?  If we've replaced the modem, it can only be the device or cable.
