No NBN Telstra modem


We had the NBN come this morning as planned to install our FTTC connection...but we have not received our Telstra NBN modem.

Despite the order being placed nearly three weeks ago, still no modem.


This is a problem as we have a household members with a chronic/life-threatening illness requiring phone and telehealth support. We must have reliable internet.


We were told a Telstra tech would bring the modem with them today: is that correct?


Tried to call support but hung up after 1hour and 20 minutes on hold....sorry, but COVID is NOT an excuse!
