No usable internet for 3 days now

For three days - I've had no usable internet.  Telstra speedtests give the following (after waiting 15 minutes for it to 'load', that is)


0 Mbps Download speed

0 Mbps Upload speed

21 ms Ping speed


Called Telstra's 13 22 03  &  13 76 63 supposed 'helpline' numbers dozens of times.  They give you a link to text.  Getting nowhere fast with that.  


Done all the usual 'turn off modem from wall' multiple times - no improvement at all.
