not receiving sms messages re data usage

I have received an email today stating you have identified an issue that I am not receiving sms messages for my broadband service and that I have incurred excess charges.  Can this please be checked as I should be receiving them.

You will need to follow the instructions in the email. Nobody here can check your account. 


You can check your bills and usage through the 24x7 app on your phone or the website,  or you can call 132200 and speak to a consultant or use Livechat.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
