Oakleigh Cable blow up?

my cable services been out for 4 days and still going, outage page reset every 2 days and adds another 2 days when times ran out... is it going to be fix at all??? Complaint manager said will give me 10G extra mobile data until the issue resolve, which never happen ?

regrettably at times the estimated time to restoration of complex interruptions needs to be revised. This interruption is being addressed by our technicians and we aim to have the services restored to normal soon. You can keep an eye on our service status page https://outages.telstra.com/, click on Internet and enter your home address for updates.

The outage page was changing due to ETR updates by NBN (Who now maintain the HFC infastructure in the area)
