Order cancelled with no notification to me!

I've been waiting at home all morning for the tech appointment I had arranged to come and swap our internet service over to NBN and nobody has showed! I just checked the order tracking on the Telstra website and it is saying my order has been CANCELLED! There was NO notification of this to me.

For some mind boggling reason I have been attempting to contact support for an hour only to be told the call centre is closed and to call back during business hours... Its midday on Monday!!!! I literally can't get through to anybody on phone or chat at telstra to get an answer. This is totally unacceptable. Australia's largest telco and I can't make a single point of cantact with anyone, anywhere.

I'm at a loss... Please provide me with a phone contact and some way to speak to a person to resolve this issue...
