Order status


i applied for a new nbn broadband in May 20 and its more than 3 months still Telstra has not actioned the order. 
i even raised a complaint via the app and a case officer called only to say my order is getting cancelled frm backend so will get back thats it. 
no one now responds to new messages and complaints. Online track order status states in progress with a install date in july.

is anyone else experiencing such long delays due to COVID?
