No response from Telstra at all, blaming covid for everything, yet iiNet have set me up in 2hrs! Cannot contact anyone at Telstra, only facility is via there app, which if you don't have an account you cannot access the chat features fully. Telephone or online gets you nowhere, and even if you attempt to be a new customer, they don't want to know. Must be so great to not support new customers, if they cannot be bothered to respond, this is going straight to a federal minister, to action.

Can’t help, but totally agree.  Telstra customer support is garbage.  

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
